These terms apply to products bought from, and products handed over for service to, Mohan Krishna CC Cameras, the trading name of Mohana Krishna CC Cameras & Mobile Accessoriess ("MK CCTV", "we", "us"), Bhimavaram.

1. Sales

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and what it covers are set by the manufacturer.
• Prices and availability can change and are confirmed at the time of purchase.

2. Service and repair

• Each product handed over for service is recorded against a job card number. Please quote it when you ask about your product.
• In-warranty products are sent to the brand or its authorised service centre. Whether a product is repaired, replaced or rejected under warranty is decided by the brand.
• Service time depends on the brand's service centre and the availability of parts.
• For out-of-warranty products, service charges are informed to the customer before delivery.
• Please keep the purchase bill and serial number for warranty claims.
• Recordings stored on a hard disk or recorder may be lost during repair or replacement. Please keep a copy of anything you need before handing the product over.

3. Messages

By giving us your mobile number for a sale or a service request, you agree that we may contact you on it by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about that sale or service. You can ask us to stop at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

4. This website

The information on this website is for general guidance about our products and services. Brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell and service.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.
